 Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • Certain items such as custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 Exchanges

  • We currently allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
